There are mall rats, gym rats, pack rats and even range rats (golfers that love to practice). I am a house rat. I love to show, see and sell properties. I like to analyze them, do Open Houses on my listings and work with buyers of all levels. If you want to see houses, let’s go. While we are looking I want to hear about both your real estate objectives and about you.

For nearly two decades I was also a weekend radio talk show host, doing a golf show. I interviewed countless golf pros, athletes from all sports, actors, authors, sport psychologists, course designers, various other celebrities and covered many golf events even as far away as Malaysia.

My real estate curiosity was sparked long ago when I attended an investment workshop and eventually got involved in a fixer property.

While going through a divorce I asked Vince to do comps on my house in Folsom. His range was $399,000 to $419,000. The court eventually ordered an appraisal. The appraiser came up with $395,000 to $420,000. Vinnie was right on.

We met Vince at an open house at another property. We would recommend him as a "true professional." He is personable and professional with good follow through to detail. Note: This person is a retired banking executive with significant real estate experience. At the signing just prior to close of escrow, he said that he had never previously been satisfied with an agent. That was quite a compliment.

Buyer of REO property Location: Citrus Heights Q: How did you hear about Vince? A: We have lived on the same street for over 20 years. Q: Would you recommend Vince? A: Yes, 110%. We love Vince -- He Rocks! Q: Strengths? A: He was available, a good listener and wonderful at communicating every aspect of our real estate transaction. Our purchase was stressful and as a (former) real estate broker myself I felt great having my purchase in Vince's hands - and I think I am super critical. He was awesome!

Buyer: I have been meaning to get this letter of referral to you for quite sometime regarding the house you helped us buy. The decision to relocate from the Bay Area to Folsom was both exciting and scary. The moment we met you we knew we found the perfect agent to work with. You listened and somehow knew just what we were looking for. Our being unfamiliar with the general area we trusted your input and you did not disappoint us. The sellers of our home were a husband and wife team that were not always in touch with each other throughout the negotiations, but hyou hung in there through it all. Not only did you represent us as the buyers, you went out of your way to help us with the pricing of our duplex in Burlingame. This duplex was co-owned with a sibling and we were in need of a BPO/CMA to commence things. Even though you don't work in the Bay Area, you managed to price the duplex at $1,000,000 and eventually the appraisal came in at $1,050,000, very accurate. Vince, we will gladly recommend you to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

Every thing is going great! Thank you helping us with the most important purchase of our lives. Thank you also for sticking with us during this difficult market to find our perfect house. We really appreciate all of your hard work. You helped us with each and every step. And being first time home buyers this could have been a scary experience but you made it fun and enjoyable. We learned a lot. And we'll definitely be coming to you to sell our house in the future.

I just want to take the time to thank you for all the great help and patience you exhibited while helping us find a house for our son. You took 2 months showing us houses and comps and educating us all along the way. This enabled us to make offers on houses and feel good about the prices we were offering. We're very satisfied with the house we bought in a great neighborhood and for a good price. In this crazy real estate market, there was a lot to learn about short sales, bank repos and houses for sale by owners. It worked out well for us to get the list of houses from you so we could do our internet research. Then we would do our drive-bys and from that you would show us the houses we wanted to look at. Even with all that research ahead of time, it was amazing how many houses were just not right. It really takes a long time to find the right house. I have dealt with realtors(R) before where after showing me 4 houses they wanted me to commit to buying one. When I did not commit to one, they did not want to have me as a client anymore. You were not like that. Thanks again.

Seller I never did get a chance to thank you for the wonderful care you gave us in selling our home. We couldn't have picked a worse time of year or a worse market to sell in, but you got us through all of it. Your sensible pricing strategy won the day, along with your positive outlook. Four offers in one sunny weekend must be enviable in this market. Thanks also for walking us through the sales process and making it painless. I have already given your name out to friends who are thinking of selling and I would enthusiastically give you a recommendation should you ever need it. Thanks again. M. Creasy & R. Brockel Folsom
